Frangipani Villa consists of two – 2 bedroom, 2 bath units. Each unit sleeps 4. Both units can be rented as a 4 bedroom Villa which accommodates 8 persons.

Situated mid island in Providenciales atop an exclusive residential community, no other Rental Villa can boast this awesome view of the turquoise ocean and the north shore coral reef. Lounging in the hammock or swing, you can watch the Osprey’s soaring and Pelicans gliding as they fish throughout the day, every day.

Frangipani Villa was architecturally designed to capture the cool, year round trade winds through every room. Newly constructed Turks and Caicos Villa (Sept 2002) offers over 1800 sq ft (upper unit) and 1200 sq ft (lower unit) to accommodate comfortably up to four guests each. Each bedroom has a Queen bed and an adjoining bathroom. The bedrooms have air conditioning available, metered separately at a nominal rate. Fully appointed kitchens make meal preparations enjoyable. Satellite TV, VCR, CD player, fax, and BBQ compliment both units.

Located on Providenciales, fondly called Provo, Turks and Caicos Islands in the Caribbean. Frangipani Villa is situated in the exclusive Blue Mountain area, only 5 minutes from Providenciales International Airport, 10 mins from the world famous 12 mile white sand beach of Grace Bay.

A piano, for those musically inclined, compliments the upper unit.
Car Rentals are available nearby and prompt, courteous taxi service as well.
